What Is Required To Rent A Vehicle?

• Minimum age is 21 years old.
• Valid Drivers License (International drivers require a License).
• Major Credit or Bank Issued Debit Card in the Renters Name (We do not accept cash, check, or pre-paid cards).
• You must have valid, unexpired insurance that transfers to the rental vehicle. Proof of insurance is required including comprehensive and collision coverage. Bring your insurance card or declaration with you.
• We have a geographic service area -you must live within the store’s local area.
• Are there any limitations on where I can drive a rental vehicle?
• Mileage allowed: up to 150 miles per day, and 10 cents a mile thereafter.
• Geographic Restrictions Apply.
• Rental contracts must be re-written every 30 days to remain valid.
• All vehicles are covered under Toyota Warranty and include 24/7 Roadside Assistance.
• Unlimited mileage is available for an additional $10 per day, $60 per week.

Does Toyota of Cool Springs require a deposit?

We take an "authorization" (deposit) on your credit card at the time of rental for the total rental charges plus $200 as a security deposit. The $200 security deposit is released once the vehicle is inspected by a rental representative and returned in the same condition at checkout including a full tank of gas.
