My experience was smooth from the beginning. I used internet sales to start and ended up driving to the dealership to test drive the car. I have to say that I have bought several new cars over the years but my experience at Toyota of Cool Springs has been the best by far. My salesman Lee Beene was extremely professional, friendly, knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted, and was always there. At other dealerships the salemen would disappear with the keys to you vehicle and leave you stuck and aggravated as they told you that was the best deal you could get. Lee and the finance department really jumped on it and worked with me to get a great price on the vehicle. This all happened on a Friday and I was not ready to take the new vehicle until Monday. When I got there Monday morning the vehicle was immaculate, with a full tank of gas. Lee came into work two hours early and sent a good hour with me going over the vehicle manuals and all the various feature. With other vehicles that I have bought in the past the minute I agree to purchase I never see my saleman again, but Lee was there the entire time to make sure I was completely happy with my purchase and experience. - Lee
